Rosenberger has expanded its product portfolio for 100BASE-T1 connections with AMEC Ethernet connectors. In technical cooperation with Delphi/APTIV, further cost-effective high-speed Ethernet solutions for the automotive market are being developed. These robust, compact connectors deliver the high performance necessary for a range of applications including autonomous driving, driver assistance, rear seat entertainment, and LVDS & camera systems.
The Delphi and Rosenberger AMEC program is 100 % compatible, ensuring the customer has a fully approved second source.
Rosenberger offers non-magnetic versions of standard connector interfaces including Multiport-Mini-Coax, QMA and SMP. All materials and platings are non-magnetic which is mandatory in certain environments. They are widely used, for example, by the medical industries in MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) equipment as well as in aerospace and other specialized industrial applications.
The non-magnetic product range includes standard coaxial connector and cable assemblies.
Customized solutions are available upon request.
Rosenberger RPC-1.00 precision connectors – with 50 Ω impedance and 1.00 mm outer diameter – can be used for challenging test & measurement applications up to 110 GHz.
They are characterized by excellent technical data over the full frequency range, meet the highest levels of reliability and repeatability of performance, and are intermateable with common 1.00 mm connectors.
The standard portfolio covers flexible and semi-rigid cable assemblies, adaptors and PCB connectors. Waveguide-to-coaxial adaptors and gauge kits are also available. Customer-specific cable assembly solutions with or without armouring available on request.
Rosenberger’s new RPC-1.35* precision connector series meets the growing demand for precision, high-performance RF-connections up to 90 GHz. The range addresses the expanding market for 5G, industrial sensors in the E-Band, millimeter wave sensors for self-driving vehicles, WLAN IEEE 802.11ax and 802.11ay. RPC-1.35 connectors offer a highly robust mechanical design, minimum 3000 mating cycles, high connector repeatability, and maximum return loss values – ideal for ensuring RF measurements in the E-Band without delays.
The product portfolio covers semi-rigid and flexible cable assemblies, PCB connectors, test PCBs, cable connectors, in-series and inter-series adaptors, test ports, floating and waveguide-to-coaxial adaptors as well as gauge and calibration kits.
*A working group, comprising PTB (Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt), Rosenberger, Rohde & Schwarz and Spinner, designed the new 1.35 mm connector to close the gap between 1.85 mm and 1.00 mm connectors. The interface standardization is in progress.
