The AQ6360 is the fastest optical spectrum analyzer for optical device manufacturing offered by Yokogawa. It is a cost-effective optical spectrum analyzer ideal for industrial manufacturing of telecom devices such as lasers, optical transceivers and optical amplifiers. The AQ6360 features a wavelength range of 1200 to 1650 nm for ideal manufacturing test performance. Its free space optical input structure design allows for guaranteed high coupling efficiency and measurement repeatability. Additional features and functions of the AQ6360 include built-in analysis functions and Ethernet and GPIB remote interfaces.

This AQ1000 is specifically designed to increase the productivity of field personnel working on the installation and deployment of optical access networks such as Fiber To The Home (FTTH). Although it is positioned as an entry-level model, it still retains Yokogawa’s established standards of quality/reliability and features characteristics which are usually present in higher-level models, such as a high-quality capacitive multi-touch touchscreen and wireless connectivity.

The AQ2211 and AQ2212 frame controllers are platforms for the AQ2200 Multi Application Test System. These frame controllers contain a variety of measurement applications that enable you to get the information you need without connecting an external controller PC. In addition, they have three different external interfaces, so you can always use the best interface for a particular measurement application.

MWIR WAVELENGTH with internal gas purge and cut filter The AQ6376E is the latest version of our bench-top optical spectrum analyzer extending the wavelength coverage well beyond the NIR range of our previous models into the MWIR region from 1500 to 3400 nm. Popular applications include the detection of gases such as carbon oxides (COx), nitrogen oxides (NOx), and hydrocarbon gas (CxHy) for environmental studies. Similar to the long wavelength model, it offers the added benefits of gas purging input ports / output ports, a built-in cut filter for high order diffracted light, and a novel double speed mode which increases the sweep speed up to 2 times compared to the standard sweep mode.
