1.6-5.6 connectors perform at 75 Ohm up to 4/12 GHz and are characterized by high mechanical and electrical stability. They are mainly used for reliable transmission of high bit-rates. IInd and IIIrd generation 1.6-5.6 connectors are intermateable and feature different coupling mechanisms for allowing male types to be connected to all female types. The screw-on coupling version provides positive, familiar mating, while the quick-lock/push-pull coupling version enables quick installation. This series complies with CECC 22240 standards.

Rosenberger’s series VIA® (Variable Interface Adaptor) is designed for board-to-board and board-to-module RF interconnections up to 6 GHz. The innovative mechanical design features both limited detent and smooth bore interfaces integrated into the adaptor – one side of the bullet is responsible for limited detent, the other side for smooth bore. The unique catch mechanism inside the adaptor ensures secure, reliable connection. The Rosenberger VIA® covers all requirements for multiple connections and complex mobile communication solutions in remote radio heads (RRHs) as well as in various other applications.

With its high capacity, compact design the Rosenberger DCS is perfect for space-confined high voltage applications where direct connection is a prerequisite. With a cable cross-section of just 70 mm² the current carrying capacity is 340 A at 85 °C, making it ideal for battery charging or enabling direct connection between the battery and motor components used in electric vehicles.
