Rosenberger coaxial jumpers have been designed using the many years of experience gained by Rosenberger engineers in this field. The unique knowledge of designing and manufacturing world-leading PIM testing equipment is directly reflected in the jumpers. Rosenberger jumpers have the industry-best PIM levels: -117 dBm / -160 dBc @ 2 x 20 W (typ. -120 dBm / -163 dBc @ 2 x 20 W). These excellent levels are guaranteed for every assembly that leaves the Rosenberger production facility.

Rosenberger provides a wide product range of solderless PCB connectors for challenging test & measure­ment demands and for frequencies up to 110 GHz. These PCB connectors can easily be assembled by using screws. Standard screws are included, optional screws for thicker PCBs are available on request.

Rosenberger FAKRA* industry standard compatible connectors are designed to fulfill the rigorous mechanical and environmental requirements of the automotive industry. Ensuring maximum electrical and mechanical performance, these high quality FAKRA connectors feature specific color coded plastic housings in accordance with the FAKRA coding industry standard. Thirteen distinct mechanical and color codes enable easy identification and unique keying to avoid mis-mating and additional one neutral coding. Combining Rosenberger’s turned part production expertise and FAKRA SF stamped and formed technology these precision manufactured products are ideally suited for process-safe and fully automated assembly by harness makers – leading to a significant reduction in production costs. Rosenberger FAKRA products are compliant to ISO 20860-1 & 2 and USCAR 18 standards.

Rosenberger WSMP®PCB connectors, bullets and cable assemblies are extremely compact and capable of handling frequencies up to 100 GHz. WSMP® connectors are about 45 % smaller than standard SMP connectors for allowing high packing density. Featuring a push-on coupling mechanism and enabling a minimum board-to-board distance of 3.05 mm, they are optimized for customer-specific footprints and layout recommendations.
