NEOCLEAN-E Simple-to-Use Refillable Design The NEOCLEAN-E uses a simple one push action to quickly and effectively clean contamination from the ferrule end-face of connectors on jumpers or in adapters, reducing cleaning time. It is effective for removing oil, dust, and dirt particulates that can have a negative impact on fiber optic network performance. The replaceable cleaning cartridge can perform 750 cleanings, reducing cleaning cost. Available for SC, FC, ST, E2000, LC and MU connectors with UPC or APC polishes. NEOCLEAN-M Clean MPO/MTP® Connectors with an Easy Push Operation The NEOCLEAN-M is designed to clean MPO and MTP® multi-fiber connectors used in data centers and other high density optical networks. The NEOCLEAN-M uses a one-push operation, which simplifies cleaning of the ferrule end-face of both MPO/ MTP exposed connectors and connectors in adapters. The one-push operation advances the specially designed microfiber tape while effectively and gently cleaning the end-face of the connector. Rosenberger has expanded its product portfolio for 100BASE-T1 connections with AMEC Ethernet connectors. In technical cooperation with Delphi/APTIV, further cost-effective high-speed Ethernet solutions for the automotive market are being developed. These robust, compact connectors deliver the high performance necessary for a range of applications including autonomous driving, driver assistance, rear seat entertainment, and LVDS & camera systems. The Delphi and Rosenberger AMEC program is 100 % compatible, ensuring the customer has a fully approved second source.

Constantly increasing bandwidth requirements in all areas of communication and computing are placing ever greater demands on networking I/O equipment. Current edge-mount copper or fiber interfaces are at their limits even over the short distances on the PCB. Embedded parallel optics have become the solution of choice to meet these demands. High-performance routers, switches and computers have already been utilizing this technology for a decade. Parallel optic solutions are currently used in a wide range of applications: in links between nodes of supercomputers, switches in international Internet gateways as well as in data centers and central offices. Embedded opto-electrical modules and optical engines utilize parallel-optics transmitter and receiver arrays. For optimum signal integrity, thermal management, I/O consolidation and EMI/ESD, the opto-electrical modules are directly mounted close to the processors at the PCB. Parallel-optic links can complement electronic signalling in parallel lanes such as XAUI and PCIe. Using PRIZM® Light Turn®, it is possible to implement a passive plug connection between the opto-electrical modules and the fiber optic network.

The Rosenberger MTD® Connection System is an industry standard* Ethernet transmission system for optimized jacketed Twisted-Pair cables. Its excellent transmission and electrical performance, reduced weight, size and cost benefits have set new standards for 100 Mbps and 1 Gbps single connection Ethernet implementation in vehicles. Compared to other solutions currently available a key advantage of Rosenberger’s new connection system is the impedance-controlled transition area from cable to connector interface. Its small size in combination with several coding features allows multiple wire pairs to be placed in close proximity ensuring installation space is kept to a minimum. Furthermore, the honeycomb structure provides low crosstalk, good symmetry and can be extended modularly.
