Which in turn, could lead to fibre offsets and high losses if they were not regularly cleaned which added to the overall process time. The 90R4 comes with a first of its kind, innovative user replaceable V-groove assembly which makes this issue a thing of the past and is supplied as standard equipment with the 90R4 kit. This new V-groove assembly can be quickly and easily fitted in the field, minimizing downtime and maximising productivity. also making use of Active Blade Management Technology, which now can connect to two CT50 cleavers simultaneously.

The RS02 is designed and developed with emphasis on operability and usability where less force is required for the stripping process. Furthermore wireless link with smartphones for operational parameters adjustment. These fiber stripping tools are also compatible with stripping Fujikura latest Spider Web RibbonTM ,which consists of optical fibers (with a coating diameter of 250μm or 200 μm) fixed intermittently.

AFL PowerStrip is a thermal stripper used in high strength splicing. Using the proven blade and centering design of the Schleuniger FiberStrip 7030 in addition to the fiber holder system, the AFL PowerStrip automatically centers the fiber, heats the buffer or coating, and strips the buffer at a controlled rate with perfect alignment. The fiber holder system reduces fiber handling, making this tool ideal for any production environment.
