Rosenberger RPC-1.00 precision connectors – with 50 Ω impedance and 1.00 mm outer diameter – can be used for challenging test & measurement applications up to 110 GHz. They are characterized by excellent technical data over the full frequency range, meet the highest levels of reliability and repeatability of performance, and are intermateable with common 1.00 mm connectors. The standard portfolio covers flexible and semi-rigid cable assemblies, adaptors and PCB connectors. Waveguide-to-coaxial adaptors and gauge kits are also available. Customer-specific cable assembly solutions with or without armouring available on request.

Rosenberger provides a variety of snap-in D-Sub coaxial and power inserts for fast, reliable mixed card edge chassis. Their small dimensions allow high packing densities as well as easy connection. A combination including power connectors is also available on request. D-Sub Coax Inserts and cable connectors 50 Ω are designed for use in mixed card edge connections in accordance to D-Sub. The maximum frequency is approximately 2 GHz. Available on request. Power Inserts meet the requirements of DIN 41626-T1 and are designed for use in mixed card edge connections in accordance to DIN 41612 or D-Sub. Contact current 10 A, 20 A, 30 A, 40 A. Rosenberger SMC subminiature coaxial connectors are for various applications up to 6 GHz. Based on a similar design to the SMB solution, the SMC’s screw-on locking mechanism provides a reliable connection for application in internal devices and cable assemblies. Please note: Rosenberger defines male – female according to the design of center contact.

The Rosenberger HPK system can achieve 275 A at 85 °C up to 1000 V. With their excellent vibration and current capacity performance the HPK connectors are well-suited to typical high-voltage electric vehicle applications such as the connection between battery, inverter and PDU. The range includes 1-, 2-, or 3-pole connectors which for maximum flexibility can be used with copper or aluminum cables in four different cable cross sections. Straight and angled cable couplers as well as corresponding headers are available, either with or without HVIL (high-voltage interlock).
