The Rosenberger Magnetic RJ45 is an innovative magnetic connector solution for Ethernet connections. Ideal for applications where frequent connections and disconnections are necessary, the unique self-mating and locking magnetic plug ensures the right connection every time – even in the most inaccessible places. Ease of cleaning of the RJ45 components, a robust housing and the plug-in processes using magnets make the product a highly durable solution. The usual features such as ease of termination, high number of mating cycles, and combined power and LAN connections all come as standard.

The Rosenberger NEX10® connector system meets the existing and future infrastructure efficiency demands of small cell applications and 5G mobile networks. For frequencies up to 20 GHz, the new robust and highly compact NEX10® interface standard provides safe, easy and damage-free connection while minimizing interference from PIM (Passive Intermodulation). Screw-type and a push-pull locking mechanism are available. The Rosenberger HPK system can achieve 275 A at 85 °C up to 1000 V. With their excellent vibration and current capacity performance the HPK connectors are well-suited to typical high-voltage electric vehicle applications such as the connection between battery, inverter and PDU. The range includes 1-, 2-, or 3-pole connectors which for maximum flexibility can be used with copper or aluminum cables in four different cable cross sections. Straight and angled cable couplers as well as corresponding headers are available, either with or without HVIL (high-voltage interlock).

Compact and lightweight, low-voltage Rosenberger LVR®120 connectors are ideal for such applications as electrical superchargers. Achieving approximately 120 A at 85 °C with a cable cross section of just 16 mm² they are certified to Vibration Severity Level 4. Furthermore, the additional slide locking mechanism (CPA – Connector Position Assurance) prevents accidental unmating.
