The RosenbergerHPD® universal multicore datalink connection system is optimized for data transmission up to 10 Gbps. In addition to high data performance, the centrally positioned power lane offers a power reserve of up to 100 W / 5 A – in combination with the cable shield as the ground lane. Providing data and power to complex systems through a single interface delivers several benefits including reduced costs and installation footprint. This robust, fully shielded connector is ideally suited to harsh environmental conditions, such as automotive applications, where frequent high data transmission and ampacity is required. Combined with Rosenberger’s specially designed multicore cable, featuring an optimized layout for low attenuation, virtually interference- and crosstalk-free performance is assured.

For ensuring fast and easy connection Rosenberger RoDI® connectors comprise five contacts and a magnetic self-mating locking mechanism. They are ideally suited to diagnostic and data transfer in building services, industrial control and bus systems, even for use in harsh environments.

RosenbergerHSD® is a homogeneous impedance-controlled interconnect system which directly addresses the high-speed data, low-voltage requirements of real-time automotive industry applications. Extremely compact and durable this 100 Ohm fully shielded interconnect system utilizes shielded twisted quad cables and features mechanical keying and latching for high connection retention, as well as coding to avoid misuse. Rosenberger SMB subminiature coaxial connectors suit various applications up to 4 GHz. The snap-on locking mechanism provides a fast and reliable connection for high packing density applications.
