Rosenberger has many years of experience in the manufacture of high quality cable assemblies for a wide variety of industrial test & measurement applications. Our standard microwave cable assemblies for vector network analyzers (VNA), for example, are characterized by their excellent electrical and mechanical performance for frequencies up to 110 GHz. The range includes ultra-low loss cables for antennas or applications with high power requirements; miniature cables for test systems or applications demanding high flexibility; indoor and outdoor cables; specially shielded cables and extremely phase stable cables for test & measurement applications. In defined lengths armoured RFlex™ cables are also available. Customer-specific assemblies and solutions can be ordered on request.

Rosenberger offers a complete range of 50Ω coaxial cables from 1/4" to 1 5/8". The feeders provide best in-class electrical and mechanical performance: Low attenuation Low VSWR/RL CPR-rated Complete EMI shielding to minimize system interference Outstanding PIM performance High-power rating The cable construction is similar for all cable sizes: Inner conductor, foam dielectric, outer conductor and outer jacket. The cables are available as standard with either a PE jacket for outdoor installations or in a flame retardant and halogen-free version to comply with indoor requirements for health and safety, IEC 60332 and CPR-EN 50575.

Rosenberger provides a variety of snap-in D-Sub coaxial and power inserts for fast, reliable mixed card edge chassis. Their small dimensions allow high packing densities as well as easy connection. A combination including power connectors is also available on request. D-Sub Coax Inserts and cable connectors 50 Ω are designed for use in mixed card edge connections in accordance to D-Sub. The maximum frequency is approximately 2 GHz. Available on request. Power Inserts meet the requirements of DIN 41626-T1 and are designed for use in mixed card edge connections in accordance to DIN 41612 or D-Sub. Contact current 10 A, 20 A, 30 A, 40 A. Rosenberger HV fuses ensure the safety of high voltage PDUs used in electric vehicles. Watertight and vibration-proof, they feature a HVIL (high-voltage interlock) and are characterized by their lightweight plastic housing. Fuses and the corresponding insert can easily be replaced without opening the component housing.
