Rosenberger high-temperature connectors are generally used in engine compartments, boilers and ovens. These durable, resilient and customized connector systems are suitable for temperatures up to +450 °C. Rosenberger has the know-how of performing thermal and electrical simulations as well as processing high-temperature-proof materials such as ceramics and stainless steel. Different components including cable assemblies, housing connectors and matched antenna systems are developed in close cooperation with our customers and partners. Rosenberger HFM® is the next generation of coaxial connectors for the automotive industry. For frequencies up to 15 GHz, the intelligent modular system ensures fast transmission of high data rates up to 20 Gbps. Its innovative design addresses the growing requirement for cost savings as well as reduced weight and size. Delivering space savings of up to 80 % compared to conventional FAKRA connectors, the Rosenberger HFM® connector system allows various modules to be accommodated in the smallest possible footprint.

Rosenberger’s series VIA® (Variable Interface Adaptor) is designed for board-to-board and board-to-module RF interconnections up to 6 GHz. The innovative mechanical design features both limited detent and smooth bore interfaces integrated into the adaptor – one side of the bullet is responsible for limited detent, the other side for smooth bore. The unique catch mechanism inside the adaptor ensures secure, reliable connection. The Rosenberger VIA® covers all requirements for multiple connections and complex mobile communication solutions in remote radio heads (RRHs) as well as in various other applications.

Highly compact, HVR®420 connectors offer the highest current carrying capacity in the Rosenberger product portfolio. Even the 95 mm² variant safely enables current transmission of 420 A. Furthermore, the additional slide locking mechanism (CPA – Connector Position Assurance) prevents accidental disconnection. Typical applications include supercharging electric vehicle batteries up to 450 kWh.
