Wrapping Tube CableTM (WTC) consists of Fujikura's novel Spider Web RibbonsTM (SWR) which are wrapped by a water blocking tape and non-metallic side strength members embedded in the sheath. Compared to normal loose tube cable, this full dry structure ribbon cable drastically reduces the cable deployment time by eliminating the process to wipe out jelly and by mass fusion splicing just like conventional ribbon cable. WTC achieves the world's highest density of optical fiber ribbon cable and allows effective utilization of existing conduits. Suitable for lashed aerial and duct installation applications.
1.0-2.3 (DIN 47297) connectors perform at 50 Ohm up to 10 GHz and are characterized by high mechanical and electrical stability. They are 40 % smaller than the 1.6-5.6 series.
The connectors offer various coupling mechanisms where male types can be connected with any female type. The quick-lock/push-pull locking/coupling version allows quick installation. This series complies with CECC 22230 and DIN 47297.
The Rosenberger HVR®300 connector system not only provides a maximum current carrying capacity of 320 A, it takes up minimal space. It features a 2-pole angled coupler for shielded cables and a cable cross section of 70 mm² along with the corresponding header. A cross section of 50 mm² is available on request. The lever locking mechanism is secured with an additional slider (CPA – Connector Position Assurance) to prevent accidental unmating.
