H-MTD® – High-Speed Modular Twisted-Pair Data

The Rosenberger NEX10® connector system meets the existing and future infrastructure efficiency demands of small cell applications and 5G mobile networks. For frequencies up to 20 GHz, the new robust and highly compact NEX10® interface standard provides safe, easy and damage-free connection while minimizing interference from PIM (Passive Intermodulation). Screw-type and a push-pull locking mechanism are available. As a leading global manufacturer of RF products, Rosenberger is an active partner in the NEX10® consortium which is tasked with making the interface a worldwide IEC standard. Based on the SMA connector standard, Rosenberger QMA connectors are designed for applications up to 18 GHz. The quick-lock mechanism enables easy and reliable connections in the tightest of spaces – primarily in mobile base stations – and 10 times faster compared to SMA offerings. Packing density is also superior to SMA due to the minimum pitch and toolless connection, dispensing with the need for torque spanners for fastening coupling nuts. Rosenberger offers QMA as standard version and with plastic quick-lock mechanisms in four different color codings. QMA is not intermateable with SMA.

Rosenberger SMB subminiature coaxial connectors suit various applications up to 4 GHz. The snap-on locking mechanism provides a fast and reliable connection for high packing density applications. These versatile connectors can be used in internal devices and cable assemblies. Please note: Rosenberger defines male – female according to the design of center contact.

Rosenberger’s series VIA® (Variable Interface Adaptor) is designed for board-to-board and board-to-module RF interconnections up to 6 GHz. The innovative mechanical design features both limited detent and smooth bore interfaces integrated into the adaptor – one side of the bullet is responsible for limited detent, the other side for smooth bore. The unique catch mechanism inside the adaptor ensures secure, reliable connection. The Rosenberger VIA® covers all requirements for multiple connections and complex mobile communication solutions in remote radio heads (RRHs) as well as in various other applications.
