Rosenberger has expanded its product portfolio for 100BASE-T1 connections with AMEC Ethernet connectors. In technical cooperation with Delphi/APTIV, further cost-effective high-speed Ethernet solutions for the automotive market are being developed. These robust, compact connectors deliver the high performance necessary for a range of applications including autonomous driving, driver assistance, rear seat entertainment, and LVDS & camera systems. The Delphi and Rosenberger AMEC program is 100 % compatible, ensuring the customer has a fully approved second source.

The Rosenberger MagneticUSB is an innovative connection series. All standard USB connectors can be very easily connected to computer or mobile devices thanks to intelligent magnet technology. It can also be disconnected very quickly for optimally protecting USB connections.

UHF* coaxial connectors with geared screw locking frontal interlocking teeth and without defined impedance are intended for very low frequency applications up to 300 MHz. The Rosenberger HPK system can achieve 275 A at 85 °C up to 1000 V. With their excellent vibration and current capacity performance the HPK connectors are well-suited to typical high-voltage electric vehicle applications such as the connection between battery, inverter and PDU. The range includes 1-, 2-, or 3-pole connectors which for maximum flexibility can be used with copper or aluminum cables in four different cable cross sections. Straight and angled cable couplers as well as corresponding headers are available, either with or without HVIL (high-voltage interlock).
