Magnetic RJ45
Product code İEZFUA
The Rosenberger Magnetic RJ45 is an innovative magnetic connector solution for Ethernet connections. Ideal for applications where frequent connections and disconnections are necessary, the unique self-mating and locking magnetic plug ensures the right connection every time – even in the most inaccessible places. Ease of cleaning of the RJ45 components, a robust housing and the plug-in processes using magnets make the product a highly durable solution. The usual features such as ease of termination, high number of mating cycles, and combined power and LAN connections all come as standard.
- Magnetic self-mating locking mechanism
- IEEE 802.3ab: 1 Gbps
- ISO/ IEC 11801: S/FTP cable category 5e with class D system up to 100 MHz
- IEC 60603-7-51: Connector and socket
- Power over Ethernet: PoE according to IEEE802.3af and PoE+ according to IEEE802.3at
- IEC 60512-99-001: Contact and wear zone of contacts separated
- Circuit diagram 1:1 (termination according to EIA/TIA-568B)
- Cable: S/FTP 4x2x AWG26 Cat 6A LSHF, cable outer diameter 6.8 mm
- Temperature range -25 °C to +50 °C
- Mating cycles ≥ 10,000

Based on the SMA connector standard, Rosenberger QMA connectors are designed for applications up to 18 GHz. The quick-lock mechanism enables easy and reliable connections in the tightest of spaces – primarily in mobile base stations – and 10 times faster compared to SMA offerings. Packing density is also superior to SMA due to the minimum pitch and toolless connection, dispensing with the need for torque spanners for fastening coupling nuts. Rosenberger offers QMA as standard version and with plastic quick-lock mechanisms in four different color codings. QMA is not intermateable with SMA.

Rosenberger RPC-2.40 connectors – high reliability and outstanding repeatability – are designed for precision test & measurement applications up to 50 GHz. With 50 Ω impedance and 2.40 mm outer conductor, they are intermateable with many other 2.40 mm series connectors such as APC-2.40, OS-50, HP-2.40 or RPC-1.85 and V connectors. A wide range of RPC-2.40 cable and PCB connectors, adaptors and interchangeable port connectors is available as well as test & measurement accessories. These include RPC-2.40 calibration kits, test cables and measurement equipment.

Complementing its standard HV connector portfolio, Rosenberger develops and manufactures customer-specific high-voltage components for electric and hybrid vehicles. These enable the lowest possible transition resistances, ensuring long-term low-loss performance and reliability in critical electrical systems such as those for battery charging, cell management, heating, and air conditioning. From concept to final delivery, Rosenberger high voltage custom components are the perfect fit every time. Using its component toolkit, including PDUs, Y-splitters, Busbars and Cell Modules, Rosenberger can develop and manufacture a wide array of tailor-made solutions. These are designed and configured precisely to the relevant vehicle architecture, allowing ideal combinations of the various fuses, relays and other passive and active components required. Power Distribution Units (PDU) Power distribution units (PDU) for vehicles have multiple power input and outputs and use all kinds of connectors, fuses, and relays. In these cases, the PDU generally forms the central link between the vehicle power electronics and batteries, electric motors, and other ancillary units. Y-Splitters Y-splitters are used to distribute the power from one cable harness to two or more units, e.g., between a DC/DC converter and an electric air-conditioning unit. Rosenberger can design Y-splitters for applications with and without shielding for cable cross sections from 4 mm² to 95 mm² in collaboration with the customer. Cell Module Connectors The Rosenberger HV portfolio also includes cell module connectors. These connectors are required to link battery modules within a battery pack. For typical battery applications, multiple custom-designed battery connection points are required. Based on the robust pressure contact system, Rosenberger offers cell module connectors without flexing parts in the contact area. Systems from 100 to 350 A are available. Different assembly directions, coding variants as well as cross sections can be implemented according to customer-specific requirements.
