Rosenberger H-MTD® is a 360° fully shielded differential connector system for Ethernet applications. The newly developed system has successfully combined high-performance data transmission, of up to 15 GHz or 20 Gbps, in a compact yet robust automotive grade housing. Apart from ensuring high-bitrate data transmission, savings on installation space and weight, a further major advantage of this connector system is its modularity, providing the flexibility to support a wide range of Ethernet applications and industry protocols. Among others, this makes the Rosenberger H-MTD® highly suited for use by those designing solutions for the automotive industries.

Rosenberger offers a complete range of 50Ω coaxial cables from 1/4" to 1 5/8". The feeders provide best in-class electrical and mechanical performance: Low attenuation Low VSWR/RL CPR-rated Complete EMI shielding to minimize system interference Outstanding PIM performance High-power rating The cable construction is similar for all cable sizes: Inner conductor, foam dielectric, outer conductor and outer jacket. The cables are available as standard with either a PE jacket for outdoor installations or in a flame retardant and halogen-free version to comply with indoor requirements for health and safety, IEC 60332 and CPR-EN 50575.

Rosenberger HFM® is the next generation of coaxial connectors for the automotive industry. For frequencies up to 15 GHz, the intelligent modular system ensures fast transmission of high data rates up to 20 Gbps. Its innovative design addresses the growing requirement for cost savings as well as reduced weight and size. Delivering space savings of up to 80 % compared to conventional FAKRA connectors, the Rosenberger HFM® connector system allows various modules to be accommodated in the smallest possible footprint.

The Rosenberger HPK system can achieve 275 A at 85 °C up to 1000 V. With their excellent vibration and current capacity performance the HPK connectors are well-suited to typical high-voltage electric vehicle applications such as the connection between battery, inverter and PDU. The range includes 1-, 2-, or 3-pole connectors which for maximum flexibility can be used with copper or aluminum cables in four different cable cross sections. Straight and angled cable couplers as well as corresponding headers are available, either with or without HVIL (high-voltage interlock).
