RosenbergerHSD® is a homogeneous impedance-controlled interconnect system which directly addresses the high-speed data, low-voltage requirements of real-time automotive industry applications. Extremely compact and durable this 100 Ohm fully shielded interconnect system utilizes shielded twisted quad cables and features mechanical keying and latching for high connection retention, as well as coding to avoid misuse. Furthermore, these precision manufactured RosenbergerHSD®SF variants are ideally suited for process-safe and fully automated assembly by harness makers, facilitating a significant reduction in costs. Its high data throughput performance while also preventing interference from crosstalk and external sources makes the RosenbergerHSD® cable and PCB connector system the perfect choice for LVDS cameras, USB connections and IEEE 1394 applications. In addition, it is well-suited to many other applications including those found in digital infotainment electronics and digital symmetrical networks – even radio base stations.

The Rosenberger NEX10® connector system meets the existing and future infrastructure efficiency demands of small cell applications and 5G mobile networks. For frequencies up to 20 GHz, the new robust and highly compact NEX10® interface standard provides safe, easy and damage-free connection while minimizing interference from PIM (Passive Intermodulation). Screw-type and a push-pull locking mechanism are available. Rosenberger RPC-2.40 connectors – high reliability and outstanding repeatability – are designed for precision test & measurement applications up to 50 GHz. With 50 Ω impedance and 2.40 mm outer conductor, they are intermateable with many other 2.40 mm series connectors such as APC-2.40, OS-50, HP-2.40 or RPC-1.85 and V connectors. A wide range of RPC-2.40 cable and PCB connectors, adaptors and interchangeable port connectors is available as well as test & measurement accessories. These include RPC-2.40 calibration kits, test cables and measurement equipment.

The Rosenberger HPK system can achieve 275 A at 85 °C up to 1000 V. With their excellent vibration and current capacity performance the HPK connectors are well-suited to typical high-voltage electric vehicle applications such as the connection between battery, inverter and PDU. The range includes 1-, 2-, or 3-pole connectors which for maximum flexibility can be used with copper or aluminum cables in four different cable cross sections. Straight and angled cable couplers as well as corresponding headers are available, either with or without HVIL (high-voltage interlock).
