Rosenberger provides a wide range of Multiport Mini-Coax connectors and cable assemblies for addressing the challenging technological demands of the semiconductor test equipment industry. For both 20 and 40 GHz applications, the extensive standard range comprises PCB connectors, purpose-designed plastic-housings and pre-assembled cable assembly sets. This ensures cable assembly configurations that precisely meet customer-specific test requirements. Board-to-board connections can be applied in very limited spaces with the advantages of coaxial shielding while a handy extraction tool ensures mating and demating can be done quickly and easily onsite. The cost-effective injection moulded housings for connection to one side of the PCB are available with 2, 4, 6 or 8 channels and allow the mixing of straight and right angle Mini-Coax cable pairs. Interface dimensions are based on Rosenberger standard Mini-Coax connectors.

Rosenberger provides a variety of snap-in D-Sub coaxial and power inserts for fast, reliable mixed card edge chassis. Their small dimensions allow high packing densities as well as easy connection. A combination including power connectors is also available on request. D-Sub Coax Inserts and cable connectors 50 Ω are designed for use in mixed card edge connections in accordance to D-Sub. The maximum frequency is approximately 2 GHz. Available on request. Power Inserts meet the requirements of DIN 41626-T1 and are designed for use in mixed card edge connections in accordance to DIN 41612 or D-Sub. Contact current 10 A, 20 A, 30 A, 40 A. Rosenberger RPC-1.85 precision connectors – with 50 Ω impedance and 1.85 mm outer conductor diameter – are designed for test & measurement applications up to 70 GHz. Delivering outstanding reliability and repeatability performance they are intermateable with common 1.85 mm series and V connectors as well as with RPC-2.40 connectors. This comprehensive product range is suitable for semi-rigid cables and microwave components and includes cable, panel and PCB connectors, adaptors and test & measurement accessories – including RPC-1.85 calibration kits, cables assemblies, measurement equipment, attenuators, sliding loads and airlines.

Rosenberger RPC-N precision connectors – with screw-on locking mechanism – are designed for applications 50 Ω up to 18 GHz, 75 Ω up to 4 GHz. RPC-N 50 Ω are intermateable with standard N 50 Ω connectors, RPC-N 75 Ω are intermateable with standard N 75 Ω connectors. Rosenberger RPC-N 50 Ω and RPC-7 connector heads are interchangeable using the same bead type.
