RoDI® – Rosenberger Diagnostic Interface

The 4.3-10 series is a low PIM (Passive Intermodulation) system for frequencies up to 12 GHz for use in mobile communication applications. It is designed to meet the growing performance needs of mobile network equipment, when connecting, for example, RRUs to antennas. Features include compact connector sizes, best electrical performance, low PIM and coupling torque as well as easy installation. Offering three different coupling mechanisms – screw, quick-lock/push-pull and hand-screw – the universal jack design is mateable with all plug types.

Rosenberger high-mating cycle products for applications requiring a robust user interface and extremely high mating cycles up to 100,000 connections. Industrial and consumer applications often require a robust user interface for the connection between a special power supply and the device. In such cases Rosenberger high-mating cycle products are the first choice and are available in standard and customized versions.

Rosenberger provides a variety of snap-in D-Sub coaxial and power inserts for fast, reliable mixed card edge chassis. Their small dimensions allow high packing densities as well as easy connection. A combination including power connectors is also available on request. D-Sub Coax Inserts and cable connectors 50 Ω are designed for use in mixed card edge connections in accordance to D-Sub. The maximum frequency is approximately 2 GHz. Available on request. Power Inserts meet the requirements of DIN 41626-T1 and are designed for use in mixed card edge connections in accordance to DIN 41612 or D-Sub. Contact current 10 A, 20 A, 30 A, 40 A. With its high capacity, compact design the Rosenberger DCS is perfect for space-confined high voltage applications where direct connection is a prerequisite. With a cable cross-section of just 70 mm² the current carrying capacity is 340 A at 85 °C, making it ideal for battery charging or enabling direct connection between the battery and motor components used in electric vehicles.
