The AQ6373B is one of the latest additions to the AQ6370 Series of Optical Spectrum Analyzers. With the ability to provide high speed, accurate analysis of the short wavelength range between 350nm and 1200nm, this OSA is well suited for a broad range of applications. The AQ6373B can accelerate the development and manufacturing of short wavelength lasers, passive devices and LEDs as well as equipment that uses these devices for the biomedical, material processing, consumer product and telecommunications markets. With built in color analysis capabilities and remote command compatibility with the AQ6315, the AQ6373B provides an upgrade of capabilities, speed and performance for current AQ6315 users.

The AQ2200-651 Signal Generator module reduces the complexity and cost of 10G optical transceiver testing by combining Signal Generation functions into the same mainframe that provides bus and power control while performing BERT and Optical testing. This allows a single programming interface to control all aspects of the transceiver test, simplifying test setup, decreasing test time and increasing productivity. The wiring complexity and test bench size are reduced by replacing up to 5 Signal Generators with a single module.

The AQ6370E is the new model in Yokogawa's most popular telecom class OSA. With a versatile wavelength range of 600 nm to 1700 nm, it is ideal for both telecom and general purpose applications. The unique free-space input design allows him to test both DWDM-class single-mode and VCSEL-sourced multimode fibers in one single model. The new high-speed measurement mode, high close-in dynamic range mode, touch panel, and APP function greatly improve measurement efficiency.
