AQ7280 Modular Optical Time Domain Reflectometer

The AQ6370D is the latest iteration of the most popular Telecom class OSA from Yokogawa. It offers a versatile wavelength range of 600 nm to 1700 nm ideally suited for both Telecommunications and general purpose applications. The unique free space input design allows testing of both DWDM class singlemode and VCSEL sourced multi-mode fibers in one single model. Newly added functions include data logging, gate sampling,resolution calibration, an advanced marker function and an enhanced auto-sweep mode.

The AQ2211 and AQ2212 frame controllers are platforms for the AQ2200 Multi Application Test System. These frame controllers contain a variety of measurement applications that enable you to get the information you need without connecting an external controller PC. In addition, they have three different external interfaces, so you can always use the best interface for a particular measurement application.

Light Sources and Optical Power meter in one unit. The AQ6376 is the latest version of our bench-top optical spectrum analyzer extending the wavelength coverage well beyond the NIR range of our previous models into the MWIR region from 1500 to 3400 nm. Popular applications include the detection of gases such as carbon oxides (COx), nitrogen oxides (NOx), and hydrocarbon gas (CxHy) for environmental studies. Similar to the long wavelength model, it offers the added benefits of gas purging input ports / output ports, a built-in cut filter for high order diffracted light, and a novel double speed mode which increases the sweep speed up to 2 times compared to the standard sweep mode.
