Rosenberger high-mating cycle products for applications requiring a robust user interface and extremely high mating cycles up to 100,000 connections. Rosenberger H-MTD® is a 360° fully shielded differential connector system for Ethernet applications. The newly developed system has successfully combined high-performance data transmission, of up to 15 GHz or 20 Gbps, in a compact yet robust automotive grade housing. Apart from ensuring high-bitrate data transmission, savings on installation space and weight, a further major advantage of this connector system is its modularity, providing the flexibility to support a wide range of Ethernet applications and industry protocols. Among others, this makes the Rosenberger H-MTD® highly suited for use by those designing solutions for the automotive industries.

SMP subminiature connectors are well-proven, offering a high level of flexibility in alignment tolerances and simplifying the whole production process. Rosenberger SMP connectors are suitable for a wide range of board-to-board and cable-to-board applications up to 40 GHz. Such a broad frequency range allows from the lowest to the highest mechanical loads to be handled including those experienced in 5G mobile telecommunications, test & measurement and aerospace applications.

Highly compact, HVR®420 connectors offer the highest current carrying capacity in the Rosenberger product portfolio. Even the 95 mm² variant safely enables current transmission of 420 A. Furthermore, the additional slide locking mechanism (CPA – Connector Position Assurance) prevents accidental disconnection. Typical applications include supercharging electric vehicle batteries up to 450 kWh.
