Rosenberger has expanded its product portfolio for 100BASE-T1 connections with AMEC Ethernet connectors. In technical cooperation with Delphi/APTIV, further cost-effective high-speed Ethernet solutions for the automotive market are being developed. These robust, compact connectors deliver the high performance necessary for a range of applications including autonomous driving, driver assistance, rear seat entertainment, and LVDS & camera systems. The Delphi and Rosenberger AMEC program is 100 % compatible, ensuring the customer has a fully approved second source.

The Rosenberger NEX10® connector system meets the existing and future infrastructure efficiency demands of small cell applications and 5G mobile networks. For frequencies up to 20 GHz, the new robust and highly compact NEX10® interface standard provides safe, easy and damage-free connection while minimizing interference from PIM (Passive Intermodulation). Screw-type and a push-pull locking mechanism are available. As a leading global manufacturer of RF products, Rosenberger is an active partner in the NEX10® consortium which is tasked with making the interface a worldwide IEC standard. With its high capacity, compact design the Rosenberger DCS is perfect for space-confined high voltage applications where direct connection is a prerequisite. With a cable cross-section of just 70 mm² the current carrying capacity is 340 A at 85 °C, making it ideal for battery charging or enabling direct connection between the battery and motor components used in electric vehicles.

Rosenberger coaxial jumpers have been designed using the many years of experience gained by Rosenberger engineers in this field. The unique knowledge of designing and manufacturing world-leading PIM testing equipment is directly reflected in the jumpers. Rosenberger jumpers have the industry-best PIM levels: -117 dBm / -160 dBc @ 2 x 20 W (typ. -120 dBm / -163 dBc @ 2 x 20 W). These excellent levels are guaranteed for every assembly that leaves the Rosenberger production facility.
